VBT Yazilim A.S., Venture Capital Investment Fund Establishment Application Accepted
25 Mart 2024With our statement dated 01.11.2023, VBT Yazılım A.Ş. shared with the public that we will continue to participate in companies with high growth potential through participation in order to achieve our goal and that a fund will be established to facilitate this process. Accordingly, an agreement was reached between our company and Neo Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. for the establishment of a Venture Capital Investment Fund (VCIF) to invest in initiatives that are in line with our business model and in line with our strategic focus areas and an application was made to the Capital Markets Board on 02.11.2023. The application was accepted by the Capital Markets Board.
