Flerpi Commercial Accounting software ensures end-to-end tracking of businesses' financial processes thanks to its web-based structure composed of integrated modules. It works in integration with Flerpi e-Transformation Applications. You can use the application either in your own environment or by taking advantage of VBT Yazılım's cloud services. Thanks to its modular structure, you can use the modules you want and disable those you don't.

Management Module: You can authorize your users through this module. You can define which accounts the accounting vouchers should go to, define the VAT rates for different materials, and the banks you work with.

Accounting Module: You can record your issued invoices and incoming invoices to the relevant accounts and perform all your accounting transactions through this module. You can automatically pull the incoming invoices into the system and account for them. Similarly, you can automatically record the invoices you issue to the relevant accounts. You can track costs by defining expense centers and speed up your transactions by creating an automatic e-ledger.

Material Management: Within the material management module, you can manage the materials you sell from your e-commerce site and marketplaces. You can label and track your materials using Barcode, QR Code, or RFID. You can perform serial number and batch tracking in material management and use handheld terminals for inventories.

Sales Module: You can easily manage different types of sales such as retail, e-commerce, wholesale sales, and POS terminal sales, and carry out cold and hot sales in your various branches. You can define different price lists according to customer, currency, and maturity type and perform all kinds of invoice document transactions.

Purchasing: You can create purchasing orders and perform material acceptances. You can manage your imports with the Integrated Import Module.

Finance: You can define your suppliers, wholesalers, and retail customers separately. You can define and use Electronic Payment Systems and POS usage integrations. You can automatically download account transactions from defined banks into the system.

Reporting: Reports you may need within Flerpi have been prepared in advance. You can download and use these reports in various formats (Pdf, word, excel, csv, etc.) on your computer.

POS - Cash Register Integration: Flerpi is designed to integrate with all kinds of POS devices (physical or virtual). Sales made from these devices automatically create the relevant accounting records.

Mobile: You can also use the Android version of the Flerpi application by downloading it from the Play Store or the IOS version from the App Store on your smartphones. The mobile application supports approximately 80% of the standard PC version.
