VBT Yazılım A.Ş. was established on 24.06.1993 to provide software, hardware and consultancy services in the field of Information Technologies. It started its activities with IBM Large Systems Product organizations, maintenance and support consultancy and added Platinum Technology Inc.'s Turkey representation and Legent Technologies' Turkey distributorship in 1994.

In 1995, the company also represented Boole and Babbage and New Dimension, and signed a Solution Partnership agreement with IBM Türk. In the same period, the company expanded its field of activity by adding software development, project management, technology consultancy and outsourcing support to its portfolio.

Continuing its healthy growth with the services it provides, VBT was accredited by the Minister of Finance to provide E-Transformation services in 2013.

In 2016, VBT established its on-site R&D Center by applying to the Ministry of Industry and Technology with the aim of producing products and services that can compete in the world IT market with Turkish engineers and software developers.

In order to provide widespread and on-site services throughout the country, VBT opened its Ankara office in 2002 and Adana office in 2003, and in 2021, VBT offered 35% of its capital to the public and started to be traded on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.

VBT Software has established companies in many countries after the IPO and carried its services to global markets. The United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United States are the countries where it operates.

In 2024, VBT Software established a GCIF (Venture Capital Investment Fund) with Neo Portfolio and invests in promising technology companies.

VBT Software has been partnering with IBM and BMC Software for nearly 30 years, providing services to its customers in large computer systems. In this context, İş Bankası, Akbank, Garanti BBVA, Halk Bankası, THY and SGK are some of its important customers.

VBT Software, with more than 300 employees, offers products and services to its customers in banking, retail, energy, automotive, public, insurance, transportation and many other sectors to solve their business needs and contributes to their digital transformation.

In this context, it meets all end-to-end needs and expectations of its customers with business, infrastructure, operating systems and databases, server, storage and backup solutions.
