With the decision of the Board of Directors dated 15.12.2022, our Company has started the purchase of a workplace in order to expand its activities on behalf of our subsidiary VBT Software UK Limited in England. A loan of 500.000 Pounds was given to VBT Software UK Limited for this transaction.

With the decision of the Board of Directors dated 15.12.2022, our Company initiated the purchase of a workplace for the purpose of expanding its activities in the UK on behalf of our subsidiary VBT Software UK Limited in the UK.
A loan of 500.000 Pounds was given to VBT Software UK Limited for the purchase of the said workplace.
