VBT Yazılım A.Ş., which was selected as the category winner as the fastest growing company of the last 3 years in Turkey according to the Informatics 500 Survey, has started negotiations to acquire a 30% stake in TSSX Bilişim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (www.tss-x.com), an Istanbul-based artificial intelligence monitoring (AIOPS) and data center automation solutions provider, within the framework of its growth strategy through acquisitions and subsidiaries.
