In order to increase our Company's activities in the field of human resources, negotiations for participating in Vizyon Teknik Bilgi Sistemleri ve İnsan Kaynakları AŞ (Vizyon Teknik) by purchasing a portion of the shares of Vizyon Teknik Bilgi Sistemleri ve İnsan Kaynakları AŞ (Vizyon Teknik) were completed and a contract was signed on 23.01.2023 for the purchase of 50.00% of the shares of Vizyon Teknik Bilgi Sistemleri ve İnsan Kaynakları AŞ for TL 5,500,000.00.
