Under Board Resolution No. 2026/12, in order to support and develop start-up initiatives, it has been decided that Neo Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. VBT Software Venture Capital Investment Fund will make an investment of 2,222,635 TL (equivalent to USD 50,000).
Within the scope of this investment, it has been unanimously decided that the 2,222,635 TL transferred to Neo Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. VBT Software Venture Capital Investment Fund will be directed to English Guru Eğitim Anonim Şirketi for investment purposes.
English Guru Eğitim A.Ş. is an online English education platform that offers an integrated combination of AI-powered instructors, live-lesson infrastructure, and preparation solutions for international exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, and YDS. With its technology-focused education model, it provides users with a flexible, accessible, and personalized learning experience.
Thanks to its scalable business model and digital infrastructure, English Guru is considered to have significant growth potential in the education technology sector, both locally and globally.
