SGK runs and manages critical information about insurance and health in its System on IBM Mainframe. The system provides basic software such as operating system, database and application server and auxiliary software from IBM. VBT Software Inc, which is one of the most competent companies in our country and the region in IBM Mainframe, is generally the first choice of institutions in such services. Within the scope of this contract, VBT will intervene in approximately 20 IBM software errors, solve the problems, and continue its periodic patching. It will also upgrade the zOS 2.3 operating system to zOS 2.4 in all environments (test, development and production). Under the agreement, BMC Software's iCAP product, which adjusts the workload between LPAR systems, will likewise be upgraded and license maintenance support will be provided. The contract will last until November 2021.
