SGK, runs and manages critical information about insurance and health in its System on IBM Mainframe. IBM z13 server used in the system is also of critical importance in this respect.
VBT and IBM undertook the maintenance support of these critical hardware for 1 year in 2021. All systems will be monitored 24/7 and necessary microcode version upgrades will be made throughout the year. In addition, the problems that arise will be intervened quickly within the current SLA periods and the systems will be operated with minimum interruption. The contract will be valid until December 31, 2021.
