(Headquarter Rüzgarlıbahçe Mahallesi Cumhuriyet Caddesi N83 Kat:4 Beykoz/İstanbul, website https://kpay.com.tr/), which continues its activities as the private integrator of PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., which was granted an operating license by the BRSA decision dated April 27, 2016 and numbered 6684, for USD 300,000.00.
It has been decided to add the purchase price of 300.000,00 USD to the capital of the company.
