When all products are commissioned, all functions such as Incident management, Problem management, change management, inventory, SLA will be managed through this system.
In addition, the discovery of all the servers in the bank and the inventory of the software running on the hardware will be done with these software.
The contract period will be 5 years and will expire on December 31, 2022.
