EFG Hermes does not own any VBT Yazılım A.Ş. Shares as stated in the PDP announcement. Neither EFG Hermes nor any other real or legal person has been sold or transferred any shares by me. According to the instruction made by the Intermediary Institution, the said 2,420,000 VBT Yazılım A.Ş. Shares with the code NCBO (NO CHANGE BENEFICIARY OWNER) are held as collateral in my name at EFG Hermes. EFG Hermes is a global foreign custodian."
