Halk Bankası has been using and trusting the products of BMC Software in critical places for many years. Some of those;
1 – BMC Mainview product family: It has been monitoring the performance of the Mainframe operating system and subsystems in Halk Bank systems for about 10 years and generates alarms or intervenes automatically in critical situations.
2 – BMC DB2 Catalog Management: This product has been used in Halk Bank systems for about 20 years. Halk Bank's critical banking data are located on the IBM DB2 database. DB2 Catalog Management product provides easy management of this database.
3 – BMC Control-M: Working in the open systems department of Halk Bank since 2011, this product manages which job will run when and in what order. It also communicates with the works in Mainframe systems when necessary.
4 – BMC Atrium products: This product family, which has been operating in Halk Bank systems since 2008, provides the relationship between ITSM products operating in open systems and IBM Mainframe systems. Mainframe systems are discovered and transferred to the central server. It also automatically opens a problem record when there is a problem, and automatically deletes the record when the problem is over.
VBT Software Inc as with other customers, it successfully supports these softwares. This agreement made in 2019 will be valid until 31 December 2022.
