A 1-year license maintenance agreement has been signed for IBM products. VBT teams will intervene and solve the problems within the SLA periods determined in all problems that will occur during the year within the scope of the agreement. If the problem is caused by software, a problem record will be opened to IBM and follow-up will be made until the problem is resolved.
In addition, if a new version is released during maintenance, it will be upgraded to the new version free of charge.
The contract will expire in March 2022.
