Disnet Teknoloji A.Ş., a 100%-owned subsidiary of our company, has established its wholly-owned subsidiary Disnet Europe B.V. in the Netherlands, as part of its international growth strategy, in order to effectively manage its European operations and expand its regional activities.
In addition, under a new regional partnership agreement signed with BMC Software Inc., Disnet Europe B.V. has been authorized to carry out the distribution of BMC products and solutions (including distribution, sales development, partnership management, and related professional service activities) in the 17 Eastern European countries listed below, until December 31, 2030.
The countries within the scope of this authorization are as follows:

- Cyprus
- Latvia

- North Macedonia
- Poland
- Romania
- Bulgaria
- Slovakia

With this structure, our Group companies aim to:
- Manage their European market activities through a Netherlands-based organization,
- Expand the reach of BMC solutions in the authorized countries,
- Establish new business partnerships and sales channels,
- Increase license, maintenance, professional services, and managed service revenues,
- Support Turkish technology companies seeking to expand into the European market in business development, representation, and strategic partnership areas.
This development is expected to strengthen our company's position in the European market by supporting its international growth strategy, and to make a positive contribution to its operating volume and financial performance in the medium to long term.
