Akbank, Akbank has been using BMC Software's Control-D product as an "Output Management" product since 1996. In other words, all outputs and reports that work as night batches and are produced on a branch basis are collected with the Control-D product, separated on a branch basis and distributed automatically to branches and head office units. This product can be used for 25 years it is probably one of the longest products used in Turkey. Similarly, Control-T product, a product of BMC Software, which has been used since 1998, also provides the management of daily backups. This product, which has been used in IBM Mainframe systems for 23 years, continues to serve the bank without any problems.

Akbank purchased the maintenance of these products for 1 year in 2021. The maintenance period will continue until March 31, 2022.
