Executives from Serrec firm Mr. Daniele Ballerina and Mr. Andreas Kunfermann was our guest at our company headquarters in Istanbul on Wednesday, August 4th. Meetings and negotiations have resulted in positive results.

In this context, our company has partnered with Serrec AG operating in Switzerland and VBT Europe (51%) to operate in Europe. Shareholder Our Company has reached a preliminary agreement to establish a 49% shareholder (Serrec AG) and signed the preliminary protocol on 04.08.2021.

The establishment process of VBT Europe has been initiated. We aim to start our new company in September. VBT Europe will operate primarily in 3 German-speaking countries (Switzerland, Germany and Austria) and will work in other European countries over time.
