Processing; In Article 3 of the KVKK, it is defined as the processes of recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosure, transfer, taking over, making available, classifying personal data.

A. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
    The personal data of the persons who contact us for applications, suggestions and complaints made via social media and info mails regarding the services and products offered by our company are processed by our Company. All kinds of data that are possible to be provided by you, name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, job title, message and request subject data, and including but not limited to personal data, are processed by VBT Software Inc. under the following conditions.

B. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data VBT Software Inc. within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the following purposes:

To be able to answer questions and requests,
Conducting all kinds of communication activities,
Receiving and responding to the demands, applications and complaints of customers or potential customers,
Providing necessary information upon request and informing authorized person institutions and organizations in order to protect the legal rights of VBT Software Inc.
To fulfill all other legal obligations.

C. TO WHOM AND FOR WHICH PURPOSES THE PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED
If your personal data is required within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK in order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes;

In case of legal dispute or when necessary, to our company's lawyers or consultants for consultancy,
It can be transferred to judicial and administrative authorities, legally authorized public institutions and organizations.

D. THE RIGHTS AND METHOD OF USING THE RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON
Personal data owner "Relevant Person", in accordance with the procedure given in the Application Form at http://www.vbt.com.tr/sayfa/kisisel-verileri-korunmasi by filling it will be able to report.

Within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK numbered 6698, everyone has the right to apply to our Company as a data controller:
Everyone about themselves by applying to the data controller;

a) Learning whether personal data is processed,

b) To request information if personal data has been processed,

c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,

ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

d) Request rectification in case personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately,

e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of Law No. 6698,

f) Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,

g) To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

h) In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
